摘要
目的:观察一种厕后湿巾的杀菌效果和毒性。方法:按卫生部《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)有关要求,对其杀菌效果和毒性进行检测评价。结果:经检测,该湿巾样片对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌作用时间2 min平均杀菌率均为100%,对白色念珠菌作用时间5 min、10 min、20 min平均杀菌率分别为98.55%、99.90%、100%;该湿巾对实验动物多次皮肤刺激试验结果为无刺激性,对实验动物急性眼刺激试验结果为无刺激性。结论:该厕后湿巾杀灭微生物效果良好,各项毒性试验都符合要求,安全无毒。
Objective：To observe the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of wet toilet tissue.Methods： Examination and evaluation were conducted on effective component germicidal efficacy and toxicity according to ＂Technical Standard For Disinfection（2002）＂.Results： The results showed that the wet tissue sample with a 2 min contact time killed 100% of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.With a 5 min,10 min,20 min contact time,the killing rates of Candida albicans were 98.55%,99.90%,100%.In animal tests,the repeated skin irritation test and the eye irritation test with the wet tissue sample showed non-irritation.Conclusion： The wet toilet tissue has good germicidal efficacy and safety,the toxicity tests meet the requirements.
