摘要
以比表面积为413 m2/kg、521 m2/kg、846 m2/kg、1241m2/kg的石灰石粉和32.5级复合硅酸盐水泥为研究对象,将不同细度的石灰石粉以0%、5%、10%、15%、20%、30%的比例等质量取代P.C32.5水泥,对比研究了石灰石粉对P.C32.5水泥凝结时间、标准稠度、需水比以及砂浆强度的影响。结果表明:掺加石灰石粉可以降低水泥的标准稠度需水量,石灰石粉的比表面积越大,水泥的需水量比越小;石灰石粉对水泥的凝结时间影响较小;对水泥胶砂的早期强度影响较大;石灰石粉的颗粒越小,对水泥的性能越有利。依据试验结果,石灰石粉做混合材时,可将其掺量放宽到20%。
In order to study effects of limestone powder with 413m2/kg, 521 m2/kg, 846m2/kg and 1241 m2/kg specific surface area on normal consistency, setting time, water requirement ratio and strength of mortar of 32.5 grade composite silicate cement, 32.5 grade composite silicate cement was substituted for limestone powder with proportion of 0%, 5%, 10, 15%, 20%, 30% respectively. The results indicated that: the admixture of limestone powder could decrease water demand of cement at standard consistence, and the greater the specific surface area of limestone powder, the less water requirement ratio of cement would be. Limestone powder had little effect on the setting time of cement, but had greater effect on early strength of cement mortar. The smaller the powder particle size, the more favorable the cement performance. The amount could be admixed to 20% when limestone was used as admixture.
