HSP70在缺血预处理对大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤保护作用中的表达及意义

摘要 目的 探讨HSP70在缺血预处理对大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤中的作用。 方法  除观察病理组织学变化外 ,用免疫组化方法检测各组中不同灌注时间的热休克蛋白 70 (HSP70 )表达的变化。结果  病理组织学肾小管评分IPC组均低于IR组 (P <0 .0 5) ,而IPC组和CON组之间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5) ;HSP70的表达IPC组明显高于IR组 (P <0 .0 1) ,并且在再灌注 2h和 6h时 ,其在IPC组的表达明显高于CON组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论  缺血预处理对大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用机制与HSP70的诱导合成增多有关。 Objective To explore the effect of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70)in the ischemic preconditioning (IPC) of renal damages caused by ischemic reperfusion(IR).Methods In addition to pathological changes,the expressions of HSP 70 in perfusions of different time were measured through immunohistochemistry.Results The score of renal tubules in IPC group was lower than that in IR group(P<0.05),but there was no significant score difference between the IR group and the control group(P>0.05).The expression of HSP70 in the IPC group was obviously higher than that in IR group.After 2 or 4 hours' reperfusion,the expression of HSP70 in IPC group was found markedly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Ischemic preconditioning can prevent the damages caused by ischemic reperfusion and the protective mechanism is believed to be related to the increase of HSP70.
