摘要
目的 探讨恶性黑色素瘤的临床分期、治疗方式与 3年生存率关系。方法 通过用常规外科手术、放疗、化疗、冷冻免疫和激光气化术治疗 12 8例恶性黑色素瘤的疗效 (3年生存率 )比较。结果 恶性黑色素瘤 3年生存率与临床分期、治疗方式最密切 ,临床分期越低 ,3年生存率高。冷冻免疫配合激光气化术治疗恶性黑色素瘤 3年生存率最高 ,随后是常规外科手术切除、放疗、化疗。结论 以冷冻免疫为主综合手术切除、放疗、化疗、激光气化是治疗恶性黑色素瘤较有效方法。
Objective To discuss the relation betwcen the clinical stages,treatment and 3 year survival rate of melanoma.Methods To compare the efficacy (3-year survival rate) in the trentment of 128 cases of melanoma by means of general surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,freezing immunity and laser-gasifying method. Results The 3-year survival rate of melanoma has the most osculation to its clinical stage and treatment,the lowerer the clinic stages,the higher the 3-year survival rate.In the treatment of melanoma with freezing immunity combined with laser-gasification method,the 3-year survival rate was highest,later followed the method of general surgical removal,radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Conclusions Freezing immunity treatment combined with surgery radiotherapy and chemotherapy was a more effective way to treat melanoma.
