摘要
对贵池市大岭村16户65名村民中11人发生不明原因疾病进行流行病学调查。采用个案调查、临床表现和实验室检查,对病情进行调查分析。认为这是一起以周围神经病变、双下肢水肿为主要特征的混合性脚气病的流行。是因膳食结构不合理、烹调方式不科学,引起体内VitB_1、VitB_2汗液流失过多,摄入量减少,诱发于这起疾病的发生。
Objective to investigate and analyse the disease which be found in 63 peasants from 16 families at Mountain in Gui Chi Method The investigation on the symptoms and the measure of VitaminB, in urine. Result pathclogical changes in peripheral nevers and oedema in lower limbers due to VitaminB1 deficiency. Concluciou Unreasonuble diet pattem, unscientific cooking method account for the VitaminB1 deficiency. Mean while, in the condition of high temperature and high intensity of labor, peasant s requirement of VitaminB1 increased. VitaminB1 lost withsweat. The factor predispose peasants to the disease.
