摘要
分析某购物中心综合污水现有处理工艺的缺陷和潜力,通过调整出水回流,将生物接触氧化工艺一级改造为二级,调节鼓风量,设计能力由300 m3/d提高到400 m3/d,废水进水水质ρ(COD)由500 mg/L提高到1 083~1 146 mg/L,改造调试稳定后,出水水质ρ(COD)为126~140 mg/L,COD去除率为87%~93%,出水水质达GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》二级排放标准。
The paper analyzed the demerits and potential of treatment process of the integrated wastewater from a shopping center. Through effluent reflux adjusted, primary biological contact oxidation process reformed and blast volume adjusted, its design capacity increased from 300 to 400 m^3/d. COD of the influent increased to 1 083 - 1 146 mg/L. After the system debugging and operating stably, COD of the effluent was 126 ~ 140 rag/L, the removal rate of COD was 87% ~ 93% , the effluent could reach the second-order of "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard" (GB 8978--1996).
