摘要
目的探讨超声引导下乳腺微创旋切手术在治疗乳腺脓肿中的临床价值。方法2010年6月至2011年12月收治的68例乳腺脓肿，哺乳期妇女44例，非哺乳期妇女24例，均在自愿前提下接受微创旋切手术加置管冲洗引流术。结果66例均获临床治愈，切口约4mm，手术时间约30rain，手术创伤小，外形满意。愈合出院时间7—9d，2例哺乳期乳腺脓肿术后1个月复发，遂行切开引流手术。随访6～12个月，均无复发。结论超声引导下乳腺微创旋切术治疗乳腺脓肿切口小而隐蔽，乳房表面无瘢痕，外形无影响，手术效果好，术后愈合快，复发率低，且避免长期换药，是治疗乳腺脓肿的一种理想、有效的手术方法。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of uhrasound-guided minimally invasive treatment of breast abscess compared with conventional surgery. Methods From Jun. 2010 to Dec. 2011, 68 patients with breast abscess were diagnosed and hospitalized, including 44 cases of lactation women and 24 cases of non- lactation women. All the patients voluntarily received ultrasound-guided breast minimally invasive treatment and catheter flushing of the abscess. Results 66 cases with breast abscess were clinically cured. The length of the incision was about 4 mm and the operation during was about 30 mins. The patients had little trauma and satisfac- tory appearance. The treatment time was 7-9 days. 2 cases with breast abscess during lactation period recurred 1 month after operation and received incision and drainage operation. There was no recurrence during the follow-up of 6 to 12 months. Conclusions The ultrasound-guided minimally invasive treatment of breast abscess has good operation effect and can shorten operation time. The patients have satisfactory appearance, low recurrence rate and can avoid long-term dressing. The method is an ideal and effective treatment of breast abscess.
