纤维增强复合树脂粘接桥的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 纤维增强复合树脂粘接桥是一种微创伤修复技术,在口腔修复领域有较大的应用前景,其研究也越来越多。本文就增强树脂粘接桥纤维的位置和走向、纤维的排列、纤维的数量、纤维表面的处理、聚合体基质的吸水性、纤维与树脂基质的浸润性、纤维增强复合体与表层树脂之间的粘接强度等影响纤维增强树脂粘接桥强度的因素作一综述。 Fiber-reinforced composite resin-bonded fixed partial denture is a minimally invasive fixed restorative treatment, with great application prospect in prosthodontics. Recently, investigation of the mechanical behaviors of fiber-reinforced composite resin bonded bridges draws more and more attention from domestic and foreign scholars. This paper summarizes the factors affecting the mechanical strength of fiber-reinforced resin-bonded bridges.
