摘要
针对转向架构架生产、组装过程中温度具有非线性、时滞、随机性和动态时变等特点,提出了一种基于灰色预测的智能算法,首先,利用灰色预测的强自适应性,预测电阻炉炉温,减少了炉温滞后的影响,采用了一种参数自校正的模糊控制策略,对构架电阻炉温度进行控制;运行结果表明时效炉温度基本稳定在设定值的±5℃,经实践证明:该系统控制精度高,超调量小,能满足控制要求。
During the production and the assembly process of the bogie frame had such characteristics as non-linear, time-delay, ran-dom and time-various, an intelligent control algorithm based on gray prediction model is proposed. Firstly, the temperature is predicted by using gray prediction which is strong self adapt ability, According to these traits, we used a parameter self-adjusting fuzzy control system to control the temperature of Frame Resistance Furnace. Finally, the run of system verified the temperature is stable. It shown that the sys-tem has high control and small overshoot, can satisfy the control needs.
