摘要
设计了一套药品包装生产线监控方案,用以实现对板装药片包装的在线监控,完成对药片的称重、检测、包装,以及次品处理;用KingView工控组态软件开发上位机监控系统,结合PLC与变频器技术,控制机械手实现药片包装次品的在线更正;实践表明,该系统人机界面友好,运行效果优良,机械手更正合格率达91%,达到预期效果。
Designed a monitoring scheme for medicine packaging line to realize online monitoring for packaging of blister-packed pills, and complete the pills weight, testing, packaging, and the rejects treatment. Based on PLC and inverter technology, using KingView in-dustrial configuration software developed PC monitoring system and controlled manipulator to correct the inferior packaging online. Practice has proved that the system has friendly man-machine interface, running well. And the correcting qualification rate of manipulator is up to 91% which has achieved the expected results.
