摘要
通过分析汽车在寒冷环境下启动困难以及对发动机有损害的问题,设计了一种基于GSM模块远程控制汽车预热器;选用STM32作为系统主控制器、四路温度传感监测加热过程以及用TC35i模块实现远程通信;给出了机械结构、硬件电路、软件控制的设计方案;实验结果表明,预热器能够正常接收、分析来自移动终端的SMS控制信息,装置利用燃烧汽车自身燃油所释放的热量给发动机冷却液循环加热,从而完成对发动机的预热;并将加热完成消息回发到移动终端,实现了远程控制汽车预热的功能。
Through the analysis of the problems in vehicle difficult to start in a cold environment as well as damage to the engine, GSM module-based remote control car preheater is designed. Selection of the STM32 as the system host controller, four temperature sensors to monitor the heating process and TC35i module for remote communications. The experimental results show that the pre--heater could perfect-ly finish engine warm-up with remote control. The device could normally receive and analyze the SMS control information from the mobile terminal, use the heat released by burning the car's own fuel to warm the engine coolant into circulating heating, thus complete the engine warm-up. Furthermore, heating completing message is sent back to the mobile terminal in time.
