摘要
为了实现对矿井瓦斯浓度的集中实时监测,采用CAN总线通信方式设计了矿井瓦斯集中监测系统,系统分为监控中心、数据汇聚节点和瓦斯探测终端三级管理;瓦斯探测终端负责利用传感器MQ-5采集周围环境中的瓦斯浓度,经过处理后得到可靠的数据并通过CAN总线发送至数据汇聚节点;数据汇聚节点将各终端发来的数据重新打包后,通过局域网上传至监控中心主机进行处理、显示、存储、统计分析和报警等;实验结果表明,该系统具有工作稳定、测量精度高和超强的实时性的优点,实现了矿井内瓦斯浓度的集中监测和预警的功能,对煤矿的安全生产具有重要意义。
In order to achieve the centralized real-time monitoring of the coal mine gas concentration, the mine gas central monitoring system was designed by the CAN bus, and the system was made up of the monitoring center, data aggregation nodes and gas detection ter- minals. The gas detection terminal was in charge of getting the gas concentration of surroundings through sensor MQ--5 and sent the reliable data to its data aggregation node after data processing by CAN--bus. The data aggregation node rebuilt all the data from all the gas detection terminals and uploaded them to the monitoring center to deal with, display, store, analyze and alarm through the LAN. The experimental re- suits show that the system has advantage of working stable high precision measurements and superior real--time, and achieves the centralized monitoring and pre warning of the mine gas concentration which has a great significance for the coal mine production safety.
