摘要 21名资深的南海急诊医学工作者组成核心团队,编写包括避险逃生、急救常识、徒手心肺复苏、呼吸道异物清除、创伤救护等五项初级救护技术为内容的培训教材,以语言教育法和实践教育法相结合的形式,对来自各区、镇级医院各科的25~51岁的160名医护“志愿者”培训32h,培训后用模拟案例进行考核。157名考核合格者对843名招募自各村、街道,25~45岁,占人口0.04%的社区志愿者,包括农民、村官、自由职业、教师、警察、公务员、职业社工、学生、工人、消防、社区服务中心工作人员、学生等,用同样的法进行16h的流动式培训,并考核单项技术的操作能力。结果831人考核合格。在五个人口密集的镇街设立分中心,进行驻点式培训,即让社区人员可以自愿走进培训中心接受培训,从而建立起一个层级化培训架构,彻底改变本区域社区救护培训无序的局面。另外,各医院的师资人员还担负了各自医院职工的培训任务。 In order to strengthen the community emergency rescue capacity construction in Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, a core team made up of 21senior emergency medical workers developed a set of training materials with the contents of primary care skills: disaster escaping, first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, removal of foreign body in respiratory tract, and treatment of trauma. Combination of language education and practice education was used to train 160 medical workers-volunteers, aged 25-51, including physicians and nurses from different departments of hospitals at district and town levels, accounting for 0.008% of the population, for 32 hours. After the training mock cases were used to examine the trainees. 157 of the 160 trainees who passed the exam worked as teachers for 843 Community volunteers recruited from communities or viUages, including farmers, rural cadres, freelancers, teachers, policemen, civil workers, social workers, firemen, community service center workers, students, et al., aged 25-45, accounting for 0.04% of the population. This mobile training lasted 16 hours, Combination of language education and practice education was used too. The operation ability of single technology was assessed and 831 of the 834 ordinary volunteers-trainees passed the examination of the 5 techniques. Then 5 subeenters were established in densely populated towns/neighborhoods in Nanhai where the ordinary community people can go to receive on-site training. Thus a hierarchical training structure was established, the disorderly situation in training of medical rescue in this area was changed thoroughly, and the medical workers with rich ability to serve as teachers in different hospitals assumed the responsibility of training the staff in respective hospitals.
