摘要
目的 :研究血小板和脂蛋白在冠心病发病中的作用。方法 :对 39例心绞痛患者和 31例心肌梗塞患者测定了血浆GMP - 140、TXB2 、6 -酮 -PGF1α含量及血脂、脂蛋白、载脂蛋白水平。结果 :心绞痛和心肌梗塞患者 ,血浆GMP - 140、TXB2 、TG、LDL -C、ApoB平均值 ,明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )APOA、HDL -C、6 -酮 -PGF1α平均值明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,心肌梗塞组的GMP - 140水平明显高于心绞痛组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :脂代谢紊乱和血小板机能亢进二者为冠心病发生的共同因素。
Objectine To study effects of plateles and lipoproteins in Coronary heart disease. Methods The plasma levels of GMP-140, 6-keto-PGF 1α TXB 2 lipid, Lipoproteins and apolipoproteins of 39 patients with angina pectories and 31 patients with myocardial infarction were measured. Results the results showed that the plasma levels of GMP-140, TXB 2 TG, LDL-C and ApoB in the patients with angina were significantly higher than those in the healthy controls (P<0.05) and that the plasma levels of ApoA, HDL-C and 6-keto-PGF 1α were significantly lower than those in the healthy controls (P<0.05) and tht the plasma level of GMP-140 in the patients with myocardiac infarction were significantly higher than those in the angina pectoris (P<0.05).Conclution Disorder of fat metabolism and hyperfunction platelets are common reason.
