摘要
目的 :探讨西宁与北京地区阴道分娩新生儿脐血血气值差异 ;方法 :将正常的单胎头位足月妊娠阴道分娩 5 1例新生儿的脐血 ,用血气分析仪直接测出脐血的pH值、二氧化碳分压 (PCO2 )及氧分压 (PO2 ) ,根据公式计算出实际碳酸氢盐 (AB)、标准碳酸氢盐 (SB)、碱剩余(BE)及氧饱和度 (O2 Sat)的值 ,与北京地区 5 1例新生儿脐血血气值比较 ;结果 :高海拔地区西宁 (海拔 2 2 60m)与北京地区相比较新生儿脐血血气PO2 有显著差异 ,氧饱和度 (O2 Sat)差别有高度显著性 ;结论 :新生儿脐血血气分析对指导新生儿治疗和了解预后有重要价值。
Objective:To study the different aspects of level of blood gas of umbilical plasma after vaginal delivery between high altitude and lowland.Methods:A total of 51 puerperas with full-term,normal labor and free of any complication were included in this study.The blood samples of umbilical cord were measured by IL-B O2 blood-gas analyzer in Xining group and compared with that in Beijing.Results:There is a significant defference(P<0.01 or <0.05) between level of blood gases of umbilical plasma in Xining and Beijing.Conclusion:The measuer of blood gases of umbilical plasma would be important on treatment of newbirth's complication and understanding of prognosis.
