摘要
目的 :探讨急性重复缺氧对高原汽车兵血流动力学的影响 ;方法 :随机选择担负喀喇昆仑山运输任务的某汽车部队驾驶员 60名 ,在上高原完成全年运输任务的前、中、后分别用XG -Ⅲ型血液循环功能自动测试仪进行有关血流动力学检测 ;结果 :上高原前与在高原时比较 ,P、TPR、η、ALT、PAWP增高 ,BV、SV、mAP降低 ,参数间差别均有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;在高原时与返回平地后比较 ,BV增高 ,参数间差别有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,P、ALT、SV、mAP、TPR、η、PAWP明显增高 ,参数间差别有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;返回平地后与上高原前比较 ,P、BV、SV、mAP、PAWP降低 ,TPR、ALT、η增高 ,参数间差别均有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;结论 :急性重复缺氧对高原汽车兵血流动力学影响较大。
Objective:The purpose of the present study was to observe the changes on hemodynamics in truck soldiers who repeatedly exposed to high altitude.Methods:60 subjects were randomly assigned to receive the transport task by truck from sea level to kalakulun mountain (3 700m) for one year.The hemodynamic indics were examined pre.in and post transport process.Results:The level of P,TPR,η,ALT and PAWP increased;level of BV,SV and mAP were lower (P<0.01) compared both pre- postaltitude.The level of BV increased (P<0.05) and the level of P,ALT,SV,mAP,TPR,η,and PAWP were significantly higher(P<0.01) at high altitude than those retumed to sea level.The level of P,BV,SV,mAP and PAWP discreased and TPR,ALT,η,increased (P<0.01) compared both before-altitude and retumed to sea level.Conclusion:The hemodynamics in truck soldiers who exposed repeatedly to high altitude in one year are affected greatly by hypoxia.
