摘要
目的 :观察早期使用活血化瘀药治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。方法 :将 6 2例高血压脑出血患者随机分为 2组。治疗组 31例即给予丹参注射液静滴 ,辨证使用活血化瘀中药 ,配合西医常规治疗 ;对照组 31例采用西医常规疗法治疗。比较 2组疗效及神经功能缺损积分变化。结果 :治疗组基本治愈 6例 (19.35 % ) ,显著进步 10例 (32 .2 6 % ) ,进步 12例 (38.71% ) ,总显效率 5 1.6 1% ,总有效率 90 .32 % ;对照组基本治愈 2例 (6 .45 % ) ,显著进步 5例 (16 .13% ) ,进步 15例 (4 8.39% ) ,总显效率 2 2 .5 8% ,总有效率 70 .97%。2组总显效率、总有效率比较有显著性差异 (P均 <0 .0 1) ,治疗组治疗后神经功能缺损积分减少 (19.39± 7.5 8)分 ;对照组治疗后神经功能缺损积分减少 (13.5 5± 9.10 )分。结论 :早期使用活血化瘀药对高血压脑出血具有良好的治疗作用 。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of using early the medication of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in patients with cerebral hemorrhage induced by hypertension.Methods:Sixtytwo patients with cerebral hemorrhages induced by hypertension were randomly divided into two groups.The treated group ( n =31) was immediately treated with salvia miltiorrhiza injection infused intravenously,traditional Chinese herb of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis based on syndrome differ classification,and conventional therapy using western medicine.The control group ( n=31 ) was treated with conventional therapy using western medicine.The curative effects and the changes in scores of neurofunctional defect were compared.Results:In treated group 6 cases (19 35%) were cured,10 cases (32 26%) markedly improved,12 cases (38 71%) improved,and totally markedly effecctive rate was 51 61% and totally effective rate was 90 32%,but in control group they were 2 cases (6 45%),5 cases(16 13%),15 cases (48 39%),22 58%,and 70 97% respectively.In comparison between two groups the differences in totally markedly effective rate and totally effective rate were significant (all P <0 01).After therapy the scores of neurofunctional defect reduced by 19 39±7 58 in treated group but they reduced by 13 55±9 10 in control group.Conclusions:Herbs of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis using early possess good curative action and they are safe and effective.
