摘要
为评价异长春花碱、丝裂霉素和顺铂联合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效，观察３４ 例晚期非小细胞肺癌，１９ 例为初治，１５ 例为术后复发，均为初次化疗，用ＭＮＰ 方案（ 异长春花碱２５ ｍ ｇ／ ｍ ２ 静推，第１ 天，丝裂霉素８ ｍ ｇ／ ｍ ２ 静推，第１ 天，顺铂３０ ｍ ｇ／ ｍ ２ 静滴，第１ ～３ 天，每３ ～４ 周重复疗程） ，结果：ＣＲ２ 例（５ ．９ ％ ） ，ＰＲ１６ 例（４７ ％ ） ，总有效率为５２ ．９ ％ ，毒副作用主要是骨髓抑制，无毒性相关死亡发生。认为ＭＮＰ 方案是治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效较高的方案，值得进一步研究。
Efficacy of vinorelbine,mitomycin and cisplatin (MNP)inthetreatmentofpatients with advanced non -small celllung cancer(NSCLC) wereevaluated.34 casesof advanced NSCLChad been studiedin thisclinicaltrial,nine teen patientsofthem had no priorchemotherapyfor matastaticdisease.Fifteen patients withrecurrence and metasta sized NSCLCofpostoperation.They weregiventhetreatment with MNP:vinorelbine25mg/m2m I.V,forthefirstday; mitomycin 8mg/m2 ,I.V,forthefirst day;cisplatin 30mg/m2 ,I.V,dyip,1- 3 days.Patientsreceived thistreatmentevery 3 - 4 weeks. Results showed that 2 patients (5.9 % ) achieved CR,16 (47% ) achieved partialre mission .Totalresponse rate was 52 .9% . Toxicities were mainly myelosuppression. The toxicity was moderate.Itcould beconcluded that MNPregimenisregarded asa betterregimen for advanced NSCLCandis worthyto befur therstudied .
