摘要
目的探讨PPH联合外剥内扎术治疗环状痔的临床疗效。方法回顾分析了2008年6月至2012年6月我院用PPH联合外剥内扎术治疗128例环状混合痔的临床资料。结果 128例中除2例术后大出血外,其他病例恢复情况令人满意。结论 PPH联合外剥内扎术治疗环状痔具有恢复快、并发症少、术后美观等优点。
Objective The clinical efficiency of external dissection ＆ internal ligation and PPH in the treatment of mixed haemorrhoids was studied. Methods The clinical data of 128 cases of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids with PPH plus external dissection ＆internal ligation were analyzed retrospectively from June, Results From June 2008 to June 2012, all the patients were well recovered and the results were satisfying after the opera- tion, except for two patients with postoperative bleeding （haemorrhage） in the anus. Conclusion The conclusion is herein drawn that the external dissection and PPH for treatment of the mixed haemorrhoids have the advantages of rendering patients quickly recovered, causing less complications, having better appearance.
