摘要
目的:探讨颈内静脉血栓形成的临床特点和治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析我科从2001年2月至2010年8月收治的5例颈内静脉血栓患者的临床资料。结果:5例患者均有颈部包块,1例发生Lemierre综合症(L.S),1例发生卵巢过度刺激综合症,另外1例发生游走性血栓静脉炎。依不同病因分别给予抗炎、抗凝及溶栓治疗,其中4例痊愈,1例死亡。结论:颈内静脉血栓形成为临床少见病症,应该警觉对有该病诱因存在的颈部有包块的患者,及时正确地诊断和治疗是治愈此病的关键。
Objective： To explore the clinical features and summarize the experiences of diagnosis and treatment methods of the internal jugular vein thrombosis. Methods： To review five clinical documents of patienis with internal jugular vein thrombosis （from 2001 to 2010）, and to summarize the data of diagnosis and surgical treatment methods of this disease. Results： All ~e five patients had jugular lumps, one of them with Lemierre＇s syndrome, one of them with ovarian hyper stimulation syndrome, and one of them with Migratory thrombophlebitis. According to the different disease causes, we had to conduct the treatment for these patients as follow： Anti-inflammatory, anticoagulant and thrombolysis. Four of these patients had well recover, andone patient died. Conclusion： The internal jugular vein thrombosis is one of the most infrequent diseases in the world. The patient who has jugular lump and live with the pathogenic incentives, should be paid more attention to by clinical staffs. Timely and correct diagnosis and treatmenris the keys of defeating this disease.
