摘要
目的:观察血栓通注射液治疗缺血性中风急性期的临床疗效。方法:将150例缺血性中风急性期患者随机分为观察组80例与对照组70例,两组均给予常规西药溶栓治疗,观察组在此基础上加用血栓通注射液静脉滴注,连续治疗3天为1个疗程,比较其临床疗效。结果:治疗72h后观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(χ2=12.025,P<0.01),具有统计学意义;治疗后全血比黏度、血沉、全血还原比黏度较治疗前均有显著差异(P<0.05),但治疗前后组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05);两组患者治疗前NIH-SS评分比较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后NIHSS评分均明显改善,但观察组较对照组改善明显(P<0.01),具有统计学意义。结论:缺血性中风急性期应用血栓通注射液可显著改善神经功能状况,促进临床症状及体征消失,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： Observe the treatment of ischemic stroke, acute phase clinical effect of Xueshuantong injection. Methods： From March 2010 to May 2012 150 cases of patients with acute isehemic stroke were treated in our hospital according to the random number table observed group of 80 patients with the control group of 70 patients were randomly divided into two groups of patients were given conventional Western medicine thrombolytic therapy, the observation group were also given Xueshuantong intravenous injection, continuous treatment 3d for a course of treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results： The treatment of 72h after observation group total efficiency is significantly higher than that in the control group （χ2= 12. 025 ,P^0.01）, with statistical significance. After treatment, whole blood viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, whole blood reduced than viscosity than before treatment showed significant differences （P〈0.05）, but before and after treatment between the two groups showed no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Two groups of patients before treatment NIHSS score showed no significant difference （P〉0.05）, NIHSS scores were significantly improved after treatment, but the observation group than in the control group improved significantly （P〈0.01）, with statistical significance. Conclusion：The acute phase of thrombosis in ischemic stroke through injection can significantly improve the neurological functional status, clinical symptoms and signs disappeared, it should be widely applied.
