摘要
研究表明,能源消费结构与能源消费、经济增长之间并不表现出Granger因果关系,而能源消费是经济增长的Granger原因,能源消费对经济增长具有正效应,我国表现出明显的能源推进型经济增长模式。此外,改革开放促进了我国经济的快速增长。我国需要制定相应政策,解决能源消费问题,实现低碳经济发展,包括:需要制定合理的能源消费政策;采用新技术,加强节能减排;提高能源加工转换效率,以此提高能源利用效率;调整能源消费结构,开发新能源,改变传统能源消费模式。
The paper shows that there is no Granger causality from the structure of energy consumption to energy con- sumption and economic growth, but energy consumption Granger causes economic growth, and energy consumption has a positive effect on economic growth. China shows a significant economic growth model promoted by energy. In addition, the reform and opening up promots the rapid growth of our economy. China needs to develop appropriate policies to ad- dress the issue of energy consumption to achieve low - carbon economy such as making the rational energy consumption policies, adopting new technologies to enhance energy conservation and emission reduction, improving efficiency of ener- gy conversion in order to improve energy efficiency, adjusting energy consumption structure, developing new energy and changing traditional energy consumption patterns.
