摘要
本试验旨在研制出中药成膜剂及其性能的研究;应用单因素影响试验及L9(3)3正交试验选出最优组方,并通过透气性试验、粘附力试验及释药性试验对膜性能进行研究;试验得出成膜剂的最优组方按体积比为甘油∶吐温-80∶羧甲基纤维素钠=7%∶1.5%∶2.1%,通过正交设计助手Ⅱ分析,羧甲基纤维素钠对试验结果的影响最大,其次是吐温-80,该膜的透气率在6.63g/h·m2~9.53g/h·m2之间,粘附力在144.71g~204.68g之间,在用药330min之后该复方中药释药量达到平衡;试验表明,中药成膜剂的制备工艺简单,膜性能良好。
The aim of this experiment was to study preparation and properties of chinese medicine film forming agent. The optimal formula was determined by single factor experiment and L9 (3)^3 orthogonal ex- periment. The performance of the film was researched by permeability test, adhesion test and release test; the optimal formula of the film-forming agent,the volume ratio of glycerol : Tween-80 : sodium carboxymethyl cellulose=7% : 1.5% : 2.1G. Through the analysis by Orthogonal design assistant ii, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose has the greatest impact on the test results, followed by Tween-80. The air permea- bility of the film was between 6.63 g/h·m^2-9.53 g/h ·m^2 , the adhesive force between 144. 71 g to 204.68 g, the release of the compound Chinese medicine reached equilibrium after 330 min treatment;the preparation process of Compound Traditional Chinese Medicine Film Agent for Prevention and Treatment Dairy cattle is uncomplicated, the performance of the film is good.
