摘要
介绍了1GHz^2GHz宽带大动态射频前端的设计和实现。大动态射频前端采用二次变频方案,实现了低噪声、大动态输出。通过合理的频率和电平配置,减小了混频非线性导致的组合干扰,降低了输出杂散、本振反向辐射。对中镜频信号有良好的抑制。可广泛的应用于侦察接收机和测向接收机。
The paper introduces the design and realization of 1GHz - 2GHz wideband RF front end with large dynamic range, which adopts double conversion scheme to realize the output with low noise and large dynamic range. By means of rational configuration of frequency and level, the combination interference resulted by mixing nonlinearity decreases, and the output spur and the back radiation of local oscillator decrease. The medium image frequency signal of the front end is well suppressed. The front end can be widely applied to receiver and direction-finding receiver
