摘要
在YC6 1 0 8Q型柴油机上进行了掺烧二甲醚 (DME)的试验研究 ,试验结果表明 ,燃用 2 0 %DME燃料时 ,柴油机动力性能与原机无差异 ,燃油系统无泄漏及明显磨损现象 ,与原机相比 ,燃用 2 0 %DME燃料时NOx以及烟度明显降低 ,CO排放没有明显变化 ,HC排放在中间负荷降低 。
The experimental research with Dimethyl Ether(DME) has been done on the YC6108Q diesel engine. The experimental results indicate that in the use of 20% DME, the power performance of diesel have no difference with the original engine, and the fuel system have no indication of leaking and visibly wearing out. Compared to the original engine, the NOx and the smoke emission decrease apparently, the CO emission vary can′t be seen, the HC emission decrease on medium load, but increase on high load.
