摘要
结合径向辗扩机的工作原理 ,研究了利用可编程控制器实现环件辗扩过程控制 ,并在建立辗扩过程数学模型的基础上实现了环件尺寸的数字控制。经生产实践证明 ,根据本文研究结果设计的辗扩机控制系统运行可靠 。
In the paper, using PC to control ring rolling process and dimension is studied based on operation of ring rolling machine and mathematical model. The system of controlling process and dimension which has made depending on the study result has been proven to be reliable and accurate in practical production.
