米力农和多巴胺在非体外循环下冠状动脉旁路移植术后心功能不全应用的临床对比 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察米力农在冠状动脉旁路移植术后应用的临床效果及有效性、安全性。方法:80例行冠状动脉旁路移植术中,随机分为A、B2组,每组各40例,A组为多巴胺组,B组为米力农组,术后72小时后,复查心脏超声,了解心指数、左室射血分数,评估心功能。结果:米力农组因1例感染性心内膜炎死亡,多巴胺组2例死于低心排,余病人恢复良好,多巴胺组较前心功能明显增加,米力农组心功能增加更加明显。结论:米力农在冠脉搭桥术后应用是安全、有效,必将在临床上得到广泛应用。 Objective: To observe the clinical effect, effectiveness and security of the milrinone application after coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods: 80 cases after coronary artery bypass grafting were divided into A and B group, 40 cases in each group. dopamine was applied in group A and Milrinone in group B. After 72 hours, the echocardiogram was rechecked, cardiac index and left ejection fraction were learned, cardiac function was assessed. Results: 1 case from milrilnone group died of infective endocarditis and 2 cases from dopamine group died of low cardiac output, the rest cases recovered well. The cardiac function was strengthened significantly after the application of dopamine, and the strengthening was more significant after the application of milrinone. Conclusion: It was safe and effective to apply the milrinone after coronary artery bypass grafting, and it would be sure to be applied widely in clinical practice.
