摘要
对 ＤＩＡＭＯＮＤ３２４－ Ｈ药芯焊丝＋ ＳＳＤ Ⅱ焊剂（相当于 Ｌｉｎｃｏｌｎ２２４）进行了堆焊工艺试验研究。在化学分析、金相分析、硬度试验、焊后热处理工艺研究的基础上，成功地完成了大型卷板机夹送辊的生产制造，并取得了良好的效果，为新型堆焊材料的进一步推广应用奠定了基础。
In this paper the surfacing experiments with DIAMOND324 - H flux cored wire and SSD II flux were done. By the foundation of chemical examination, metallographical examination, hardness test and PWHT, the practical application has been completed and achieved better results. It laid the foundation for the further application of the new welded material.
