摘要
用扫描电镜对邯钢和某厂粗拉后的和经铅淬火、磷化处理的钢丝表面进行检验 ,对比分析在同等热处理制度和磷化条件下的钢丝出现质量差异的原因 ,证实钢丝表面残存的拉丝润滑粉是导致磷化质量恶化的主要原因。指出要保证良好磷化质量 ,磷化前钢丝表面需清洗干净。
To examine with SEM the surface of steel wires which are drawn wire and patented and phosphated wire produced by Handan Iron & Steel Co.and the other factory.The causes for quality difference of steel wire produced under the same heat treatment processes and phosphatization conditions are analyzed by comparison.It is confirmed that the main cause of phosphatization quality worsening is due to drawing lubricating powder remained on the surface of steel wire.It is pointed out that the surface of steel wire needs cleaning before phosphating so as to ensure good phosphatization quality.
