400t级大型钢锭的凝固过程模拟及试制 被引量:1

摘要 利用Procast软件包对大型钢锭凝固过程进行计算机模拟,确定合理的铸造工艺。通过对实际生产的大型钢锭进行解剖分析,没有发现宏观缩孔疏松缺陷,表明工艺设计合理,生产的钢锭满足使用要求。 In the present study, the solidification simulation for the heavy ingot was carried out with Procast software,. After finite element analysis, the casting process for heavy ingot was optinlized; no any macro shrinkage was found when perform the analysis and test of ingot, it means that the produced heavy ingot is satisfied with the quality.
