摘要
对三种槽型的铣刀片进行了切削温度试验 ,根据切削条件建立了温度场有限元分析的边界条件 ,并对不同槽型铣刀片的三维温度场进行了有限元分析 。
The cutting temperature experiments on milling inserts with different grooves are carried out. According to the cutting conditions, the boundary condition of finite element analysis on cutting temperature fields is established, and the three dimensional temperature fields of inserts with different grooves are analyzed by FEM. So as to offer a reference basis for the design and optimization of insert grooves.
