教师在远程英语自主学习中的预期角色和实际行为研究

摘要 本文以某电大英语专业(大专)89名学生以及16名教师为研究对象,采取问卷调查的定量研究方法,调查分析师生对教师在远程开放教育英语自主学习中的角色和作用所持的观念以及对教师培养学生自主学习意识和能力的实际教学行为的评价。研究结果发现:师生均认为学生应在自主学习中担负主要责任,但教师的作用仍不可或缺,教师应扮演多重角色;师生对教师的角色和作用认识基本一致,但在意识培养的重要性和培养途径等方面,教师比学生的认识更为一致;师生对教师在自主学习意识和能力培养方面的教学行为的评价,两者存在显著差异:学生普遍认为运用频率不足,而教师则自认较高。
