摘要
背景小儿喉部疾患病因复杂，常伴有不同程度的喉梗阻，围术期麻醉管理复杂。目的通过查阅大量文献，对小儿喉部疾患围术期麻醉管理进行综述。内容主要从小儿喉部疾患的病因、手术方式、麻醉方法和通气方式进行综述。趋向临床上根据不同的病因和手术方式选择不同的通气方式和麻醉方法，保证患儿的安全。
Background Pediatric laryngeal diseases have complex etiology, and they are usually with varying degrees of laryngeal obstruction. The perioperative anesthesia management is complex. Objective We make a review on the perioperative anesthesia management of pediatric laryngeal diseases by consulting many studies. Content This paper reviews on the etiology, surgical method, anesthetic method and ventilation mode of pediatric laryngeal diseases. Tend We chose different anesthetic method and ventilation mode for different etiology and surgical method clinically, ensuring the safety of pediatric.
