摘要
在高 Tc超导 Gd Ba2 Cu3 O7-δ薄膜上 ,采用光刻技术制成 2× 4阵列微桥单元及多元器件 ,对器件性能在液氮温度下进行了系统的观测 ,实验表明 ,Gd Ba2 Cu3 O7-δ薄膜超导性能优异 ,稳定性很好 ,桥区尺寸较小的微桥呈现与双晶晶界结相似的 - 特性 ,可能具有弱连接行为 ,而多单元串接微桥器件出现的多台阶式的特性 ,可望在红外探测计量及高频方面获得重要应用。
The 2×4 array microbridge single and multicomponent device with high Tc superconducting GdBa 2Cu 3O 7-δ thin film were designed and fabricated using ordinary photolithography.The properties of the device were observed at 77K.The test results show that the superconducting properties and stability of GdBa 2Cu 3O 7-δ thin film were superior.The Ⅰ-Ⅴ characteristic of the microbridge with small size is similar to the bicrystal grain boundary junctions,and this kind of microbridge has probably weak link behaviour.The steps characteristic of series microbridge devices were applied on infrared detector in the future.
