摘要
对磁光盘材料中比较重要的、占成本较多的表面保护胶进行国产化开发研究。首先通过分析掌握了进口胶的成分体系，然后进行了试验设备加工以及样品实验，解决了固化时间、硬度、表面平整以及老化等技术难题，使磁光盘表面保护胶的测试指标达到或超过了同期进口大日本油墨公司的水平[1]，而生产成本仅为进口胶的1/5。
：Research and development of magneto-optic disk's surface protecting glue which takes important place and cost much price in the magneto-optic materials are done in this paper. Firstly, we have mastered the ingredient of importing glue through analysis, and then through test equipment working and samples testing, we have solved difficult problems which include solidification time, hardness, surface flatness and aging, etc. As a result, the test indexes of magneto-optic disk surface protecting glue get to or exceed the level of imporing glue from Big Japanese Painting Company while the glue's cost is just one fifth of the latter's.
