摘要
实证研究结果表明我国地方师范生资助具有的主要特征:就整体资助力度而言已经达到了一定水平;政府的资助力度比重达到整体资助力度的84.85%;资助正朝着兼顾公平的方向发展,资助范围不断扩大,且资助力度稳定;但同一般大学生相比,地方师范生享受到的资助恩惠仍有限,处于可以忽略不计的境况。为此,在扩大整体资助额度,调整资助贡献率和受益率结构的同时,有必要为地方师范生设立区别于一般大学生的专项资助。
The empirical results show that the aid of local normal students has main features in China .. the overall funding has reached a certain level ; the government aid proportion accounted for 84. 85 % of overall aid; the aid expand toward the fairness development of the direction, the aid scope are continuously expanding, the aid proportion are stability; but compared with the general college students, the funding favor of local normal college students is still limited and be negligible situation. Therefore, to expand the overall funding level, adjust the contribution rate and benefit rate structure at the same time, it is necessary to set up special aid for the local normal college students that different from the general student funding.
