摘要
在充分了解鸭绒、蚕丝、羊毛、棉、腈纶絮片性能的基础上,采用平板式恒定温差散热法,利用YG606L平板保温仪,测试不同填充量下5种纤维絮片的传热系数、克罗值和保温率,并分析不同的填充量对它们保暖性能的影响;同时研究受压时间对保暖性能的影响,选择填充量为30 g的试样做受压处理1周,每隔24 h测一次保暖性,分析各纤维絮片随着受压时间的延长保暖性质的变化情况,以此推断在日常使用中这几种纤维絮片(被褥填充物)保暖性能随时间和受压的变化趋势。
On the base of full knowledge of performance of duck down, silk, wool, cotton and acrylic fiber, it tests the heat transfer coefficient, value in clo and insulation rate with the fiat-panel Insulation Instrument(YG606L). It analyzes their different thermal properties made by different weight of fillers. With time of compression going on, it analyzes changes of their insulations so that we can infer how thermal properties of these types of fiber change in daily use.
