摘要
分析了UCM六辊可逆冷轧机支撑辊出现疲劳剥落的主要原因,指出中间辊横移造成的支撑辊与中间辊横移侧辊间接触压力峰值是其主要成因,可通过超声波表面波探头与双晶探头联合检测支撑辊辊身的表面及次表面裂纹,采用适当的工作辊和支撑辊辊型可降低该辊间接触压力峰值,延长轧辊使用寿命。
The reasons of fatigue spalling of backup roll of UCM six-h reversible cold mill were analyzed. The main reason was that there was peak contact pressure of backup roll and intermediate roll caused by the intermediate roll shifting. The surface and subsurface cracks could be measured by iointing ultrasonic surface wave probe and double crystal probe. Moreover, the peak value of contact pressure between rolls could be ruduced by using reasonable roll profile of work roll and backup roll, and the roll service life could be extended.
