摘要
针对数控月牙槽轧辊铣床由于Y轴传动副间隙过大、传动皮带打滑、NC程序不合理引起钢筋横肋变宽和横肋间距变化的问题,通过将测量系统与控制系统直接连接,从而实现Y轴传动的全闭环控制,切实提高了月牙槽的加工精度,并通过将2极0.75kW铣刀电机改为4极0.75kW电机,基本杜绝了崩刃堵转现象。
In view of problems of big gape of Y shaft transmission pair,slipping of transmission belt, unreasonable of NC program to lead to change wide and space of transverse rib ,the measurement and control system was directly connected, and the closed-loop control of Y shaft drive was realized. The machining precision of crescent groove was effectively improved. Moreover, the phenomenon of tipping locked-rotor was eliminated by changing 2-pole 0.75kW cutter motor to 4-pole 0.75kW motor.
