摘要
通过回顾国内外村镇饮用水水源地安全评价相关规范和标准的发展历程与相关领域内的学术研究成果,系统分析了我国村镇饮用水水源地保护现状,指出了目前相关研究中存在的一些问题,并对村镇饮用水水源地安全的内涵做出了解释,提出了村镇饮用水水源地安全评价应包括5个方面:水量安全评价、水质安全评价、生态安全评价、工程安全评价、应急反应能力评价,为今后构建我国村镇饮用水源保护和污染防控技术体系拓展了一个新的途径。
By reviewing the development of safety evaluation norms and standards in domestic and foreign township drinking water sources and related areas of academic research achievements this paper systematically analyzes the protection status of Chings town- ship drinking water sources, pointed out some problems systematically what exist in the current research, and make a new interpre- tation to security connotation of the township drinking water sources and raised the safety evaluation of the township drinking water sources should include the ~ive aspects：water safety evaluation, water quality and safety evaluation, ecological security evaluation, engineering safety evaluation and emergency response capabilities evaluation that will broaden our thinking for the future study of our township drinking water source protection and pollution prevention and control technology system.
