摘要
目的探讨初产妇对产褥期延续护理的需求状况。方法采用初产妇产褥期延续性护理需求调查表调查2011年12月～2012年12月在本院产科分娩的200例初产妇对产褥期延续护理的需求,采用SPSS 16.0进行统计分析,找出初产妇对产褥期延续护理的需求状况,为采取针对性的产褥期延续护理措施提供参考依据。结果初产妇多最担心缺乏育婴知识和缺乏产褥期自我管理知识,初产妇对延续性护理有不同的心理需求,初产妇多表现出对专业人员提供产褥期育婴知识和自我护理知识渴求。结论初产妇迫切需求产褥期延续性护理,尤其是产褥期育婴知识和自我护理知识。在对初产妇进行临床护理的过程中,不但需要做好初产妇住院期间的护理干预措施,而且还需要加强初产妇产褥期育婴知识和自我护理知识的宣教,协助护理人员做好产褥期护理工作,提高产妇对护理人员提供护理服务态度和方式的满意度。
Objective To investigate the puerperium continue care needs in primipara. Methods Two hundred primipara in the department of maternity in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2012 were surveyed by the puerperium continue care needs questionnaire, then the data of them for the paerperium continue care needs were analysed by SPSS 16.0 statistical software for providing reference for adopting the specific puerperium continue nursing measures. Results Many primipara worried about the lack of parental knowledge and lack of puerperal self management knowledge, primipara had different psychological needs, puerperium showed the desire of puerperium nursery knowledge and self care knowledge from professional personnel. Conclusion Primipara demand puerperium continuity care, especially puerperium nursery knowledge and self care knowledge. We are in an editorial in the process of clinical nursing and need do primipara during be in hospital nursing intervention measures, and strengthen propaganda and education of primipara puerperium nursery knowledge and self care knowledge for assisting nursing staff doing puerperium care work, at last, it improves the nursing service attitude and the way of satisfaction for maternity nursing staff.
