摘要
目的通过识别、分析某电子化学品建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素及其危害程度,提出防护对策和措施,为有关行政部门审批提供技术依据。方法选择与该项目类似的工程进行类比调查,采取检查表法、类比法、定量分析法及风险评估法进行定性和定量评价。结果该建设项目存在的职业病危害因素有噪声、高温、化学毒物和工频电磁场等,其中主要职业病危害因素为化学毒物,有氨、氟化氢、氟化氢铵及酸雾等。结论该项目属严重职业病危害建设项目,存在的职业病危害因素比较复杂,主要为化学毒物。应从职业病危害发生的关键控制部位加强防治。综合评价表明,该工程生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素是可以预防和控制的。
Objective To identify and analyze the possible hazards factors and extents of occupational disease in an electronic material construction project, so as to provide protection measures and technical evidences for related administrative departments to examines and approves. Method The analogical project was chosen to investigate. The checklist, analogy, quantitative analysis method and risk assessment were applied to conduct the qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Results The occupational disease hazards factors in this construction project mainly were chemical, high temperature, noise and electromagnetic field et al, in which the chemical poisons were the main hazards factors, including ammonia, hydrogen fluoride, ammonium bifluoride, and acid fog. Conclusions This was a serious occupational hazard project which exited complex hazard factors with chemical poisons. The prevention measures should be taken from key control areas of occupational disease. Comprehensive evaluation showed that the hazards of occupational disease happened in the process of the project could be prevented and controlled.
