摘要
分析了Ⅰ效蒸发器腐蚀穿孔的主要原因(蒸汽冷凝水中含二氧化碳),提出了改进措施:更换板式蒸发器为列管式蒸发器,以利于蒸发器中二氧化碳的排放;增加管壁的厚度,延长蒸发器使用寿命。改进后,蒸发器腐蚀问题得到了解决。
The main causes that I -effect evaporator is corroded and perforated are analyzed. The cau- ses lie in that the steam condensate contains carbon dioxide. The following improvement measures are put forward : replacing the plate evaporator by shell and tube evaporator in order to facilitate carbon dioxide e- missions in the evaporator, increasing the thickness of the tube wall in order to prolong the service life of the evaporator. The corrosion problem of evaporator is solved after improvement.
