The Status and Progress of Manufacturing of Metal Parts by 3D Printing Technology

摘要 简述了国内外的金属零件3D打印技术的研究现状及最新进展,包括选区激光熔化(Selective Laser Melting,SLM)技术、激光近净成形(Laser Engineered Net Shaping,LENS)技术和电子束选区熔化(Electron Beam Selective Melting,EBSM)技术,并针对作者实验室的工作方向——SLM直接制造,具体分析了金属零件3D打印技术研究热点和难点以及具体应用。 This paper presents the research status and new progress of the metal parts manufactured by 3DP Technologies, including Selective Laser Mehing(SLM), Laser Engineered Net Shaping(LENS) and Electron Beam Selective Melting(EBSM). At last, combined with the work of authors' research team, the authors analyze the main research hotspots , problems and oriented applications of metal parts manufactured by 3DP Technologies in detail.
