摘要
高职学生在职业生涯定位中主要存在缺乏职业定位理念、对自身了解不足、职业生涯目标缺乏针对性、职业定位过程缺乏更新的问题;做好职业生涯定位必须要基于职业素养、职业技能、职业个性三大基础;解决职业生涯定位需要做到正确认识自己、及时了解社会动向、努力提高自身能力水平、高校要加强职业生涯规划指导。
This paper firstly introduces the main problems existing in the positioning higher vocational students＇ career, and then discusses the main parts of career positioning, finally, it proposes corresponding measures to solve the problems in higher vocational students＇ career positioning.
