摘要
运用二元probit模型,通过对"广东省部企业技术中心"5年总结数据的研究分析,探讨了企业产学研合作倾向的影响因素及其作用程度。结果表明,企业规模和吸收能力是影响企业产学研合作倾向的关键因素。在企业自身技术创新水平较高的情况下,政府的税收优惠政策对其产学研合作倾向有着较为显著的促进作用,而企业对市场及技术信息采集的重视程度则对产学研合作倾向有较显著的抑制作用。
This paper gives a summary on the five-year data of enterprise technology center of Guangdong province.It further studies the factors which affect the proneness of university industry cooperation（UIC） for enterprises by using probit model.The results show that firm size and absorptive capacity are key factors that affect the proneness of UIC for enterprises.The government＇s preferential tax policy has a significant positive effect on the proneness of UIC for enterprises and the degree of attention of market and information collection that the enterprise pay has a significant negative effect in the situation that the firms have higher technological innovation.
