Experimental Study of Dynamic Characteristics Separator Head of Printing Machine

摘要 针对高速飞达工作时因动态特性差造成的输纸不稳问题,研制了飞达动态特性实验平台,并进行了实验研究。利用实验平台对飞达凸轮分配轴进行了扭矩动态测试和振动测试,用4个压电加速度传感器分别测试了飞达机架、分纸吸嘴、递纸吸嘴、压脚的加速度。研究表明:印刷机飞达主轴扭矩呈现周期性波动,且随着速度增加扭矩变化幅值增加;当速度由10 000张/h增加到15000张/h时,加速度峰值增加3倍,飞达振动加剧;应优化凸轮曲线及封闭弹簧布局,降低飞达主轴扭矩波动,提高输纸稳定性。 Aiming at the feeding instability problem of high-speed printing machine caused by bad dynamic characteristics, an experimental device of dynamic characteristics was developed and some experimental investigations were conducted. The dynamic torque and vibration of CAM distribution shaft was tested using the experimental platform. The acceleration of separator head frame, lifting sacker, and delivery sacker, and pressing foot was tested using piezoelec- tric acceleration transducer. The result showed that shown that the torque of separator head changes periodically, and increases suddenly as speed increases; when the speed increases from 10000 s/h to 15 000 s/h, the peak of acceleration increases three times, and the vibration of separator head intensifies. It was concluded that cam curve and spring layout should be optimized, so as to reduce the variation of feeder cam shaft's torque and to improve the stability of paper transferring.
