步长稳心颗粒治疗缓慢性心律失常的疗效观察 被引量：4

摘要 缓慢性心律失常是临床常见的心律失常，以心率减慢为特征，常见于冠心病、病毒性心肌炎、风心病、原发性心肌病及高血压心脏病等，临床表现以心悸、气短、胸闷、头晕甚至昏厥等症状为主。西医治疗本病疗效不甚满意，且副作用较大，若心脏起搏器治疗不仅创伤较大、风险较大，且价格昂贵，大部分患者不能接受。我科应用步长稳心颗粒治疗缓慢性心律失常，取得满意疗效。现报告如下。
