摘要
扶持人口较少民族发展具有重要的政治意义和经济意义。通过统计数据比较分析,从人力资源机构、行政管理机制及其程序的角度分析了人口较少民族发展中存在的问题。以系统整体论观点为出发点,构建人口较少民族区域管理机制与配套制度,为促进人口较少民族发展、加快建成其小康社会提供决策参考。
Support the development of the less populated ethnic groups is of great political and economic significance.Through the statistical data and comparative analysis,from human resource agencies,administrative management and program,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of the less populated ethnic groups.Based on the system point of view,constructing the less populated ethnic groups RMM（regional management mechanism）and supporting system,to promote the less populated ethnic groups in a well-off society and speeding up provide decision-making reference.
