摘要
研究并建立中西医结合治疗慢性肾衰竭(CRF)患者疗效评价的新体系,提高CRF患者的生存质量。文章首先介绍了临床疗效的新理念,医生看病应把以治病为中心的思想转变为以治病人为中心的思想,并介绍了生存质量研究现状及生存质量量表(WHOQOL_BREF)的结构、内容、应用及其使用方法。重点介绍了CRF患者生存质量测评及疗效的评价,分析了中医辩证指标量化的必要性。中医更关注患者的自我感受和生存质量。因此可建立一个将生存质量、中医辨证指标量化和现代生物学指标三者组成中西医结合诊疗CRF患者疗效评价的新体系。
The purpose of this paper is to study QOL on the application of efficacy evaluation of treating chronic renal failure（CRF）in combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine,to set up a new system of diagnosis and treatment of combination of Trational Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine for CRF,and to investigate how to improve the life quality of patients with CRF.The doctors should turn the thought of treating disease into treating patients as the guiding idea.This paper introduces the current research on quality of life,structure,content,application and its using method of WHOQOL-BREF.It introduces the assessment of life quality and efficacy evaluation.It also analyses the necessity of quantitative indicator and syndrome differrentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine which pays more attention to life quality and self perception of patients.Thus a new system should be established to evaluate the curative effects of the CRF patients by the combined treatment of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,including the combination of life quality,quantitative indicator？and syndrome differrentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine and modern biolgy index.
